Responsibilities

General maintenance of our premises located at Pinegrove, Passage Rd, Waterford City, including indoor and outdoor maintenance.

Painting and maintaining grounds to a high standard.

Fixing fixtures and fittings, and general maintenance of household equipment.

Other safety‑oriented tasks as required.

Qualifications&Requirements

Eligibility to participate in CE: 21 years or older and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for at least one year, or 18 years or older for certain disadvantaged groups. Eligibility must be verified by the Department.

Prepared to provide suitable character references.

Will complete a Garda vetting application form.

Safety orientated, self‑motivated, and flexible. A supportive environment and training opportunities are provided.

Work Setting
