Senior Director of Academic Governance, Operations and Systems Applications are now invited for the position of #003384 Senior Director of Academic Governance, Operations and Systems, Permanent Contract Role Profile The role is a new senior professional position within the university, established as part of a revised leadership structure supporting the Vice President for Academic Affairs / Registrar. The Senior Director will provide executive oversight and enterprise accountability for the University’s academic governance and QA processes and delivery of its academic services operating model, including related systems support and data governance.

The role ensures academic strategy is operationally executable, coherent, scalable and sustainable, delivered through senior functional leads across OVPAA. It is key to delivering the professional support needed to underpin DCU realising its strategic ambitions and delivering on its legal responsibilities as a provider of higher education in Ireland.

The Senior Director reports to the Vice‑President Academic Affairs / Registrar, and represents the VPAA’s portfolio at relevant Univ. committees and senior forums internally and externally.
