Your new role includes:

Providing excellent customer service at the trade counter by assisting customers with product queries and orders.

Processing POS transactions, generating quotations and maximising sales opportunities

Receiving, checking, and accurately recording incoming stock deliveries.

Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch efficiently and carefully.

Maintaining accurate stock records and conducting regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse and trade counter operations.

Experience you need:

Minimum 3 years of experience working within the building product/ construction is essential

Previous sales experience, ideally operating the trade counter or similar position

Excellent knowledge of building materials

IT Proficiency (ERP systems and Microsoft in particular)
