About Your New Role We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a leading maintenance provider on a static role within a major hospital in Dublin City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for long-term stability while working in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works across the hospital site

Diagnose and repair plumbing faults, leaks, and blockages

Maintain and service hot&cold water systems

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Work closely with onsite facilities and engineering teams

Provide high-quality service in a clinical environment

What Skills You Need

Trade Qualified Plumber

MUST have an previous experience in maintenance or facilities management environment

Strong knowledge of building services and plumbing systems

Ability to work independently on a busy, critical site

Hospital or large commercial environment experience is desirable but not essential
