Support Pharmacist - Cork City QR Select is delighted to partner with a small pharmacy group to recruit a

Support Pharmacist

for a full-time, permanent position in a busy community pharmacy located in north cork city. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced pharmacist who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a genuine passion for healthcare.

The pharmacy operates Monday to Saturday, role involves working 40 hours per week, alternative Saturdays. No late nights and No Sundays required.

As a Support Pharmacist, your key responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, patients, suppliers, and the wider community.

Collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure the smooth daily operation of the pharmacy.

Accurately and efficiently dispensing prescriptions.

Monitoring stock levels and liaising with suppliers to ensure availability of medications.

Ensuring all paperwork is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, promptly addressing any health and safety concerns with the pharmacy manager.

Delivering the highest standards of care and service to patients while on duty.

Participating in ongoing training and development programs provided by the pharmacy.

Performing other day-to-day duties as required to support the pharmacy team.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

A

BSc (Pharm)

or

MPharm

degree.

Registration as a Pharmacist with the

Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) .

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and people management abilities.
