Our client, a premium retailer in South Dublin, are currently seeking an experienced Beauty Department Manager to lead a high-performing team within a busy retail environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven retail professional with a passion for beauty, cosmetics, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Beauty Department Manager, you will take ownership of the department’s performance, team development, and brand standards, ensuring a best-in-class shopping experience while driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team across multiple premium beauty brands, ensuring consistently high performance and engagement Deliver a luxury, personalised customer journey in line with company standards, driving client loyalty and repeat business Oversee all brand counters, ensuring strong collaboration with concession partners and accountability for individual and overall performance Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards across the department, aligned with luxury retail expectations and brand guidelines Drive commercial results through strategic planning, events, launches, and in-store activations Monitor and analyse sales across brands, identifying opportunities to maximise turnover and profitability Manage staffing levels, rotas, and floor coverage to ensure peak trading times are fully optimised Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training, ensuring teams are highly knowledgeable across skincare, fragrance, and cosmetics Ensure operational excellence, including stock control, compliance, and adherence to company procedures

Skills and Requirements:

3+ years’ experience in a retail management role, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, or premium retail Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team Commercially aware with a proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets A hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

Salary & Package:

€40,000 – €45,000 Pension Staff discount 23 Days annual leave
