Garden Room Waiter ( Evenings), Dublin

The Merrion, one of Dublin's finest five-star luxury hotels, is currently recruiting for a full-time Waiter to join our Garden Room Restaurant team.

Centrally located in Dublin and easily accessible by public transport, this is an excellent opportunity to work in a beautiful, high-standard environment alongside an experienced and welcoming team. You will receive ongoing training and support, making this a rewarding role for someone passionate about hospitality.

As part of our professional Food & Beverage team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with our five-star standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up the restaurant and delivering food and beverage service to 5-star standards
• Providing attentive and personalised guest care
• Anticipating guest needs to consistently exceed expectations
• Communicating effectively with all team members
• Maintaining strong knowledge of menu items and offerings
• Using MICROS efficiently
• Upholding a professional and polished service style at all times

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong guest-focused approach
• Excellent communication skills and fluent spoken and written English
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
• A genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence
