Our construction client in North Dublin has an exciting requirement, for a 3-6 month contract, for an experienced Senior HR Professional, with specialist experience in ER. The successful candidate will be focused on employee relations and management of any caseload, coaching and advising candidates through processes. Flexible hybrid working on offer.

Responsibilities Required:

Provide expert advice across the full HR spectrum with particular focus on Employee Relations.Full management of grievance and disciplinary procedures Support the implementation of HR projects and people initiatives such as workforce planning, engagement strategies, and wellbeing programmes.Lead and support employee relations cases ensuring compliance with Irish employment law and best practice.Support HR policy development and ensure consistent application across sites.

Experience Required

4+ years HR experience, working in a busy high-volume environmentHR qualification or equivalent.Construction sector experience, desirableStrong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practices.International experience, desirable Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
