Admissions Executive Our client is seeking an organised and enthusiastic Admissions Executiveto join the team in a full-time permanent position based in Dublin 16. This role will be responsible for managing the admissions journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment, while helping to promote the organisation and build strong relationships within the wider community. For You: Full-time permanent role. 50-60k DOE. Based in Dublin 16 with parking. Join a growing team and be part of the leadership team. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full admissions process and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients. Coordinate open days, visits, information evenings, and outreach events. Support marketing and promotional activities across digital and print platforms. Maintain accurate admissions data and prepare reports on applications and enrolment trends. Coordinate international placements and liaise with agencies etc. Assist with website updates, social media content, and marketing campaigns. Requirements: Excellent organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills. Strong administration and event coordination experience. Experience managing website and social media content. Ability to create marketing materials and support campaigns. High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated with a proactive and professional approach.
