Housekeeping Assistant

Excel Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Housekeeping Assistants to join our team in a busy city centre location. This is a casual role with flexible shifts and an immediate start available.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Housekeeping Assistant with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. They should be reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently to maintain high cleaning standards. Flexibility is important, as shifts may vary, and a positive, professional attitude is essential for working within a busy environment. Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is required, and candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland under PAYE employment.

Responsibilities of the Housekeeping Assistant:

Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard Changing bed linens, making beds, and replenishing towels Restocking guest supplies and amenities as needed Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and general surface cleaning Maintaining cleanliness in corridors and communal areas Reporting any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor Ensuring all health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed

Requirements of the Housekeeping Assistant:

Previous housekeeping/cleaning experience essential Reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking Flexible availability for casual shifts Eligible to work in Ireland (PAYE employment only)
