About the Function

The Storehouse Retail function plays a key role in delivering memorable guest experiences through premium retail, stock management, and operational excellence.

You’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative retail team focused on delivering high standards across our stores and stock operations.

About the Role

As a Retail Assistant (Back of House), you will support the smooth operation of our retail stores by managing stock, deliveries and storage areas, while contributing to overall guest experience through efficient operations.

Role Responsibilities

Support stockroom operations including deliveries, stocktaking, and replenishmentPick and pack stock for retail requirementsMaintain high standards of organisation, cleanliness and safetyAssist with stock control and inventory accuracyWork closely with front-of-house teams to support retail deliveryFollow all Storehouse policies, procedures, and security processesContribute to a high-performing, team-focused environment

Experience / Skills Required
