Legal PA - Litigation, Dublin

Suitable candidates for this role will have a background in personal injury, medical negligence and/or healthcare litigation. You will be skilled in:

Managing AML and client onboarding processes. Working to provide administrative support to Partners and Senior Associates, keeping files up to date and producing high- level documents (to include pleadings, correspondence and legal agreements). Monthly and quarterly billing, be confident in working with relevant software and in liaising with finance / accounts. Organising busy diaries, coordinating meetings and travel and triaging emails. All MS Office packages and ideally in use of 3E and legal practice management software.
