A leading semi-state energy organisation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator to join their Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence in Dublin 2.

This position will work closely with HR Governance, Strategic Resource teams and hiring managers to coordinate end-to-end recruitment activity across the business.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the advertising and approval process for new resources with HR Governance and Strategic Resource teamsManage candidate communications, pre-screening, interview scheduling and the end-to-end recruitment process for internal and external hiresMaintain recruitment data, trackers and provide regular reports to management and HRSupport Early Talent and graduate recruiting activities, including representing the company at careers eventsChampion continuous improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with GDPR and data clearance requestsBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, keeping up to date with recruitment trends and employment legislation

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment functionsStrong ability to meet deadlines with excellent attention to detailKnowledge of HR practices, policies and employment legislationAdvanced proficiency in MS Office, especially ExcelOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent planning and organisational abilitiesFlexible team player

Desirable

HR qualification or equivalent relevant work experienceKnowledge of SharePoint and SAPExperience using social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, for recruitment purposes
