Location: Dublin 12 Salary: 35-40k DOE Hours: Standard office hours A well-established supplier within the industrial sector is currently seeking an Internal Sales Administrator to join their busy sales support team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within internal sales, customer service, and administration. Working as part of a close-knit team, the successful candidate will support both customers and field sales representatives while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the sales office.

The ideal candidate will be organised, confident communicating with customers, and comfortable handling phone and email enquiries in a fast-paced environment. While technical experience is not essential, exposure to industrial or engineering-related sectors would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities Processing customer enquiries and sales orders Preparing and issuing quotations Liaising with customers, suppliers, and sales representatives Managing incoming phone calls and emails Ensuring orders are processed and dispatched on time Sourcing products from approved suppliers Providing general administrative support to the sales team Candidate Requirements Previous experience in customer service, sales support, administration, or internal sales Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner Good attention to detail and organisational ability A proactive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work well within a team environment
