About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Relationship Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of established corporate clients within a leading fleet leasing environment.
This is a consultative, client-facing role focused on retention, growth, and long-term partnership development. You will act as a trusted advisor to your customers, helping them optimise their fleet strategy while identifying opportunities to expand and enhance their account value.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across a range of organisations, building strong, long-term relationships and becoming a key point of contact for all fleet-related decisions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic account management, relationship building, and commercially driven targets, and who thrives in a structured but fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Account Growth & Retention
Take full ownership of a portfolio of corporate fleet customers, ensuring strong retention and account growthIdentify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increasing overall portfolio profitabilityManage pricing discussions, tender processes, and renewal strategiesTrack and report performance against key commercial KPIsClient Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, procurement teams, and operational contactsConduct regular account reviews focused on performance, cost optimisation, and service improvementPosition yourself as a trusted advisor for fleet strategy and best practiceSupport customer engagement initiatives, including events and business reviewsOperational & Commercial Oversight
Ensure credit, compliance, and AML requirements are in place for your accountsManage customer queries and escalate or resolve issues to maintain high service standardsWork closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of servicesMaintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (Salesforce)Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in line with internal processesWhat We’re Looking For
3+ years’ experience in corporate account management, relationship management, or consultative B2B salesStrong background in managing client portfolios and delivering against revenue targetsConfident communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in structured, target-driven environmentsFamiliarity with leasing, financial services, or fleet management is an advantageExperience with tenders, procurement processes, or proposal writing beneficialHighly organised, proactive, and commercially drivenStrong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Full clean driving licence required-
