Construction Project Manager Project Manager
required for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work on a large residential project in Central Dublin. This project is a high rise apartment complex and will have a duration of about 2 years. The successful Project Manager will have full responsibility for running the site and will report to a contracts manager. This role is ideally for Project Managers who have experience in Ireland or the UK working on large scale building projects.
Requirements
Degree Qualified or trade background.
Minimum 7 years main contractor experience in UK or Ireland– at least some of these working on housing or apartments projects
Strong IT Skills
Strong Communication skills
Good references
Package
Circa€90k-€100k (DOE)
