Program Lead– Global Markets Operations Location: Dublin, Ireland

Job Description: The role is a project management position within Global Market Operations (GMO) focused on delivering key operations excellence, regulatory and mandatory change initiatives. The project manager will oversee the portfolio of projects, ensuring timely and on‑budget completion while achieving targeted business benefits. Responsibilities include managing project lifecycles, ensuring compliance with Global Change Standards, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, preparing user acceptance testing, executing deployment activities, and reporting on risks, issues and benefits.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, monitor, and control projects using appropriate tools and techniques to achieve completion and benefits.

Ensure adherence to Global Change Standards, Enterprise and TOPEX procedures for all projects.

Serve as the central point of contact for end‑to‑end project status, tracking critical path deadlines, and business success metrics.

Define responsibilities and accountabilities for key project roles and manage program execution through deliverable tracking and KPI monitoring.

Partner closely with Front Office, Operations, Technology and other stakeholders to develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget and timing; provide transparency on issues and decisions.

Work with end users to define business requirements, prepare User Acceptance Testing in line with testing strategy and Enterprise Change Standards.

Prepare and execute deployment activities; conduct post‑implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and ensure benefit realization.

Develop, maintain and report on an integrated delivery plan; raise risks, develop mitigation plans and appropriately escalated issues.

Support Direct Manager, Program Manager and Portfolio Manager with health reporting on programs and projects.

Skills

Extensive project management experience, including technical and operational readiness.

Proven ability to manage medium to large projects, plan stakeholder engagement and influence decisions.

Knowledge of structured project management methods covering planning, status tracking, risk&issue management and reporting.

Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, assertive and proactive communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Self‑motivated, able to work unsupervised and understand when to escalated matters.

Expert in Excel for complex data analysis and PowerPoint for effective storytelling.

Understanding of operational processing within Global Markets.

Able to work under pressure in a team environment.

Presentable, confident, stakeholder‑focused, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels with professionalism.

Experience partnering with SMEs for requirements gathering, test preparation and test execution.
