Driver/General Operative Tus Care&Repair Team Drive the vans as required and ensure compliance with rules of the road and all safety regulations at all times, including daily van checks.

Use basic skills in painting, gardening, plumbing, general handyperson work or other areas; some working knowledge across these areas is an advantage.

Provide recommendations to clients in advance on the materials they need to purchase for the jobs and any additional equipment that may be required. Carry out all jobs safely and diligently, ensuring elderly and vulnerable people feel at ease in all contact with them.

Abide by the confidentiality agreement, comply with all Health and Safety requirements, and maintain appropriate records of requirements for each job and job completion from clients.

Communicate and liaise, as required, with the Team Leader, Managers, elderly/vulnerable people, co‑workers and the South Dublin County Partnership when required. Carry out any other reasonable task as may be required.

The role includes accredited training and requires completion of Garda Vetting. No experience is necessary; training will be provided to support your career.

Qualifications No prior experience required. Accredited training will be provided.
