We are inviting applications for a full-time Chef de Rang position at The Falls Restaurant. Ideal candidates should have food service knowledge and experience, along with a commitment to delivering 5-star service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a welcoming attitude and exceptional service to guests.

Report on time in the correct uniform.

Understand fine dining service standards and menu offerings.

Explain dishes to guests and manage food/beverage service.

Prepare the restaurant for service, including cleaning and mise en place.

Collaborate effectively with team members.

Assist in tray and room service, and deliver dishes as needed.

Attend training and meetings as required.

Requirements and skills

Previous luxury experience in a similar role in a 5-star establishment.

Attentiveness and patience for guests

Excellent presentation skills

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment

Active listening and effective communication skills

Team spirit

Flexibility to work in shifts

Punctuality

Proven fluent English, both spoken and written. (B12 Minimum)

This is a full-time position and is on a rostered basis, which includes weekends and evening shifts.

Previous experience in a similar role required 2+ year.
