Biddos Street Food Limited is seeking an experienced Head Chef for their Tex-Mex catering operation based in Drogheda, Co. Louth. The successful candidate will lead kitchen operations, ensuring quality and HACCP compliance while preparing authentic dishes such as handmade tortillas and slow-cooked birria.This full-time permanent role requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a culinary leadership position, with strong skills in managing kitchen teams and food preparation processes. The position offers a salary of €36,605 per annum based on 39 hours a week.
