As a
Sous Chef , you will join an established team led by a highly experienced head chef, collaborate, and help shape the kitchen's future. Qualifications
Experience at least at the level of Senior Chef de Partie in similar establishments, four-star and above. Experience as a Sous Chef is highly desirable. Experience in banqueting, HACCP knowledge, and working within a budget. Ability to run the kitchen without a Head Chef. Passion for mentoring the kitchen team.
