AI Innovation Manager - Food Production, Dublin

Indigenous Irish and one of Europe's premier food companies with production and supply all over the world, our client is seeking an AI Innovation Manager to help to optimise their organisation and drive it to the next level. Reporting directly to the CIO and with access to the full C-suite, you will work on a wide variety of use cases across all aspects of the organisation from production to finance to supply chain etc.You will need to be capable of being hands-on and also have experience working with external consultants and product vendors, managing multiple projects, timelines and shifting business priorities which can be affected by external factors (e.g. fuel crisis / factors affecting agriculture etc). Some prospective use cases include but are not limited to:Use of automation to free up line management from administrative work Optimisation of supply chain - transport and fuel Yield forecasting Financial reporting and forecasting This role can be based in Waterford or Dublin. If Dublin, occasional travel to Waterford will be required.
