Process Controller– Beer Production at Baileys Irish Cream Location: Nangor Road, Dublin, Ireland.

Contract: 2‑year Fixed‑Term Contract.

Work pattern: 38 hours per week, 2‑shift cycle. Front Shift 06:00‑15:30, Back Shift 14:30‑00:00. Monday‑Thursday, with potential Friday/Saturday work.

Closing date: 9th June 2026.

About the Role As a Process Controller you will run packaging operations on the beer filling line, operating equipment, troubleshooting, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and collaborating with engineers to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities

Operate beer intake, processing, and filling equipment.

Conduct packaging activities, including palletisation.

Troubleshoot equipment performance with engineering teams.

Carry out quality checks on components and finished products.

Perform basic machine care, cleaning, and maintenance.

Support line improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Work Pattern

38 hours per week.

Two‑shift rotation alternating weekly.

Front Shift: 06:00‑15:30.

Back Shift: 14:30‑00:00.

Shift patterns may evolve based on demand.

About You We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and performance‑driven individual who takes pride in delivering high standards of safety and quality.

Preferably you have experience working with machinery or within FMCG/production settings, basic IT skills, and understanding of operating processes or equipment.

You should be comfortable carrying out manual tasks, lifting, handling goods, and supporting general operational activities.
