In this permanent, full-time role, you’ll report directly to senior leadership, managing the day-to-day finance function and playing an integral part in the company’s long-term strategy. As you grow with the business, you’ll take on broader responsibilities and have genuine opportunities to progress.Key Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of the finance function Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring strong controls and reporting standards Prepare monthly financial and management accounts Deliver robust financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow analysis Monitor margins and track commercial performance across the businessPresent financial results and strategic insights to senior stakeholders Develop forecasting models and enhance reporting accuracy Work closely with operational teams to understand business drivers Drive continuous improvement in finance processes and systems Liaise with auditors, advisors, and other key partiesMentor finance staff and take on additional leadership responsibilities over time What Are We Looking For?

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) preferred Solid experience in management accounts and financial reporting Experience managing or supervising a finance team is beneficial Commercially focused with strong business acumen Confident presenter with excellent communication skillsStrong analytical skills, including forecasting and financial modelling Highly proficient in Excel
