THE ROLE
Employee&Industrial Relations
Workforce planning and resourcing
Performance management and talent development
HR projects and change initiatives
Lead and support
HR strategy delivery
aligned to business goals
Handle HR queries and provide practical, solutions-focused advice
Drive
continuous improvement
across HR processes and services
Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Support recruitment activities, including job design, interviews, and hiring decisions
Ensure compliance with employment law, policies, and best practice
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years’ experience in an HR Business Partner / Generalist role
Strong experience in
Employee&Industrial Relations
(essential)
Degree (Level 8+) in HR, Business, or related field
Solid understanding of
Irish employment law
Proven ability to influence and support multiple stakeholders
Strong organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
