Job Description In the International Business Expansion&Store Operations Manager (IBESOM) program, the candidate leads all aspects of store operations and new international market expansion.

Responsibilities

Coaches, counsels and develops Assistant and Trainee managers to achieve self‑sufficiency in sales and profits.

Prepares and delivers presentations to key stakeholders and provides industry analysis.

Leads recruitment, selection, placement, training, development and HR planning.

Pioneers international market entry strategies and execution plans.

Responds to requests from head office departments and manages community engagement.

Investigates and resolves employee relations and customer complaints.

Prepares detailed business plans for international market entry.

Conducts in‑house appraisals to produce personnel development plans.

Maintains professional conduct, particularly in public‑facing situations.

Refs media enquiries to the Area Manager or Marketing Director.

Gathers customer profiles and targets market opportunities.

Ensures flexibility for working hours, including weekends and nights.

Drives operational targets for food cost, labour cost, customer count, QSC Audit and mystery shopper scores.

Qualifications

Strong leadership with experience in hospitality operations.

Proven ability to plan, prioritise and adapt to new procedures, standards and legislation.

Experience hiring, training, motivating staff and managing HR activities.

Knowledge of health&safety, community involvement, inventory control and labour control.

Communication skills for presentations and stakeholder management.

Experience with business planning and market analysis.

Ability to conduct performance appraisals and develop personnel plans.

Professional demeanor in public and media interactions.

Capacity to handle flexible scheduling across full shift patterns.
