Your New Job: As Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll report to the Marketing Director, guiding a talented marketing team to deliver fully integrated campaigns. You’ll be central to brand evolution and digital growth while managing activities across the UK, Ireland, and France. This permanent post follows a hybrid structure, with three days perweek in the office.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and support the marketing function with a focus on performance and targets

Shape brand experience across all customer channels and audiences

Drive digital marketing and customer engagement strategies

Conduct research and competitor analysis to inform key decisions

Create compelling assets—ranging from digital content to print collateral and sales tools

Ensure marketing is aligned with commercial goals through close collaboration with other teams

Oversee strategic plans for new product introductions and ongoing brand growth

What Are We Looking For?

Degree (bachelor’s or master’s) in marketing

7–10 years’ successful marketing leadership, including people management

Digital marketing know-how and proven commercial awareness

Strong communication, project management, and strategic thinking skills

Innovative, organised, and results‑driven approach

Willingness to travel as needed and a valid driving licence plus own vehicle

Ability to work from Kilkenny office three days per week
