We are seeking an experienced ERP Programme Lead to take overall ownership of a customers ERP implementation. Acting as the client-side programme owner, you will govern the end-to-end delivery, coordinate and hold accountable multiple third-party providers, and ensure the programme delivers its intended business outcomes on time, on budget, and to the expected quality. This is an outcome-focused leadership role. You are the single point of accountability to the customers executive sponsors, sitting above individual workstreams to align the ERP vendor, integration, data migration, and infrastructure partners behind one common plan. Nostra has offices in Dublin, Galway, Cork and Belfast. Responsibilities: Programme Ownership&Outcomes: Own the programme business case and benefits realisation accountable for the successful outcome, not just on-time delivery. Define and maintain the integrated programme plan, roadmap, milestones, and critical path across all workstreams and phases. Manage the overall budget, forecast, and value tracking against agreed benefits. Establish and run programme governance: steering committee, executive reporting, decision logs, and change control. Third Party&Vendor Management: Coordinate and hold accountable all third-party providers (ERP vendor, systems integrator, data migration, infrastructure, and others). Own commercial governance: statements of work, milestones, deliverable acceptance criteria, and supplier performance against contract. Manage inter-vendor dependencies, resolve conflicts, and ensure providers operate to one common plan and standard. Act as the single escalation point between the customer, Nostra, and the delivery partners. Risk, Quality&Adoption: Maintain the programme RAID log (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and drive proactive mitigation. Assure solution quality through design reviews, testing gates, UAT oversight, and go-live readiness assessments. Lead organisational change management and end-user adoption to embed the solution and protect the return on investment. Own cutover, go-live, and hypercare planning through to a stable, accepted production state. Requirements: 10+ years in programme or project leadership, including delivery of at least two full-cycle ERP implementations as the lead. Proven track record governing multi-vendor programmes and holding third-party providers to account commercially and operationally. Strong commercial and contract management acumen (SOWs, milestones, acceptance, supplier performance). Excellent executive stakeholder management able to operate credibly at C-suite and steering committee level. Robust programme governance discipline: planning, budget control, risk management, and benefits realisation. Comfortable across waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery models.
