workstreams. The successful candidate will work closely with HR, IT, Security, Data, and Programme stakeholders to deliver scalable Oracle Cloud solutions aligned to business requirements and Oracle leading practices. Key Responsibilities Lead the Oracle Talent Management and Learning workstreams through the full project lifecycleFacilitate client workshops and define future-state Talent and Learning processes Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Talent modules including: Performance Management Goal Management Talent Review Succession Planning Talent Profiles Configure Oracle Learning Cloud including: Learning catalogues and coursesLearning assignments and completions Compliance training and certification tracking Assessments and evaluations SCORM content setup Support SIT, UAT, defect management, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities Work with Data Migration, Security, Reporting, and Integration teams to ensure successful deliveryValidate reporting, workflows, approvals, and security roles Ensure alignment to Oracle-delivered functionality and implementation standards Manage risks, dependencies, and workstream deliverables Required Experience Strong hands-on experience with

Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Talent Management Oracle Learning Cloud Performance&Goal Management Succession Planning Talent Reviews&Talent Profiles Experience delivering full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills Experience supporting: Data migration and validation SIT/UAT testing Cutover and hypercare Security and reporting validation Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, client-facing environmentsOracle HCM Cloud certifications Experience with Redwood UI and Design Studio Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL or HSDL Experience within global or compliance-heavy environments Understanding of Oracle Learning integrations and content providers
