Financial Analyst required for Global Law Firm in D2, Dublin

This top tier global Law firm in Dublin 2 are currently recruiting a Financial Analyst. As a key member of the Finance team, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will play an important role in enhancing the processes required to deliver optimal financial control and reporting accuracy. This position is ideal for a newly or recently qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA) who has an interest in the intersection of finance and IT systems. This is a highly collaborative and cross-functional role where you will interact with all key areas of the business. Key Responsibilities Drive and maintain monthly reporting to provide analysis against operational KPIs, from departmental level down to individual fee earners Deliver detailed financial analysis to support business units and decision-making Collaborate closely with the Finance Management Team on presentations and reporting requirements Liaise with Partners and colleagues to respond to general finance queries Support and mentor trainees, providing guidance as required Lead and/or contribute to finance-related projects and initiatives Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed Present on KPI performance at individual fee earner level Act as a key liaison with the internal IT team on the practice management system Contribute to system enhancements, software implementations, and continuous process improvements About You ACA / ACCA qualified with a strong academic record 12 years post-qualification experience preferred, but not essential Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and strong IT capabilities Experience with systems or implementations is advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Proactive, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities Why Join Us Excellent salary and benefits package, with a hybrid working model and plenty of scope for further career development and progression internally.
