Credit Controller, Dublin

We are currently looking for an experiencedCredit Controller to join our finance team in Dublin 12 This is a busy, hands-on role where you will take ownership of debt collection across an allocated ledger, managing high volumes of customer interactions while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and strong attention to detail. Apply today to v Salary&Benefits:€ Car parking On Site Monday to Friday Pension Wellness programmes Canteen Car parking Well established team Credit Control Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances Managing daily tasks including obtaining outstanding arrear balances, ensuring timely and professional debt recovery Proactively communicating via calls, emails, and text reminders Handling general inquiries, providing clear explanations of statements of accounts, invoices, and receipts Processing monthly refunds accurately and efficiently.
