Company Intro / Summary A leading international contractor is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team working on a major construction project in Dublin. With a strong reputation across Europe for delivering large-scale
engineering and construction projects, the company is continuing to expand its operations within both Ireland and mainland Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with a CSA, civils, construction, or MEP background to join a growing division at an early stage. The successful candidate will initially work on a major Dublin-based project before progressing onto European projects upon completion, offering exceptional long-term progression and international exposure. Responsibilities Manage the commercial aspects of major construction projects from commencement through to completion. Prepare and manage budgets, valuations, cost reports, and forecasting. Procure and manage subcontractor packages. Prepare and assess variations, claims, and final accounts. Monitor project costs and maintain strong commercial control throughout delivery. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures. Support senior commercial management with reporting and project delivery. Requirements Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline. 5 years experience in a Quantity Surveying role, though more experienced candidates will also be considered. Background in CSA, civils, construction, or MEP projects. Previous data centre experience is advantageous but not essential. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Willingness to travel or relocate to European projects following completion of the initial Dublin-based project.
