Store Manager Dundrum, Dublin Full-Time |€45,000 - €48,000 DOE A well-established fashion, accessories, and lifestyle retailer is currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their team in Dundrum Shopping Centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven retail leader who is passionate about customer experience, team development, and delivering strong results within a fast-paced retail environment. The Role As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the store. You will lead, motivate, and develop your team while driving sales, maintaininghigh operational standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Lead all aspects of store operations and overall business performance * Drive sales, KPIs, and customer service standards across the store * Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team * Create a positive, engaging, and customer-focused store environment * Manage staff performance, rotas, and day-to-day team operations * Ensure visual merchandising and presentation standards are consistently maintained * Oversee stock management, cash handling, and operational procedures* Analyse store performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement * Maintain strong communication and collaboration across the wider business About You * Previous experience within retail management, ideally within fashion, accessories, lifestyle, or customer-focused retail * Strongleadership and people management experience * Commercially aware with a hands-on and proactive approach * Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and team development * Highly organised with the ability to manage a fast-paced retail environment * Strong communication skills with a positive and professional attitude What's on Offer * Salary between €45,000 - €48,000 depending on experience * Bonus and benefits package * Career progression and development opportunities * Supportive and people-focused retail environment * Full onboarding and training provided All applicants must currently hold full legal eligibility to work in Ireland without restriction or sponsorship.
