Senior Site Manager A Site Manager is required for a leading Irish construction contractor to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects in Dublin. Responsibilities&Duties: Oversee day-to-day site operations, monitoring and tracking project progress. Ensure all work complies with building regulations and other legal requirements. Maintain quality standards across all aspects of the project. Coordinate and manage subcontractors and other site labour. Maintain close contact with members of the site team to ensure smooth operations. Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors, and planners. Manage procurement of materials, tools, and equipment in a timely manner. Create daily progress reports and communicate significant updates to management. Requirements: Third-level qualification or relevant trade background with practical experience. Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with strict adherence to timelines. Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail. Strong client-facing and communication skills. Thorough knowledge of building practices and construction processes. Experience managing multiple subcontractors and site teams. Strong understanding of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
