Contracts Manager, Dublin

Contracts Manager A well-established and highly regarded Irish main contractor with a strong pipeline of large-scale construction projects is seeking experienced Contracts Managers to join their growing team. This roles is specifically for an 100 unit apartment build in North Dublin starting in July 2026. Known for delivering complex, high-value builds across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors, this organisation offers excellent long-term career progression, a collaborative working culture, and the opportunity to lead projects from pre-construction through to handover. Key Duties: Full project lifecycle management from pre-construction through to handover Lead and manage site teams including Project Managers, Site Agents, and Engineers Commercial ownership of contracts budgets, costs, and value engineering Primary client, design team, and consultant liaison throughout the project Subcontractor procurement, appointment, and performance management Programme monitoring with proactive risk identification and mitigation Ensure full H&S and environmental compliance across all sites Regular reporting to senior leadership on progress, commercial performance, and risk Key Requirements: 10+ years' construction experience, with 35 years at Contracts Manager level Proven track record delivering large-scale main contractor projects (€10m+) Strong commercial acumen with budget and subcontractor account management experience Excellent leadership and people management skills Sound knowledge of construction contracts (RIAI, FIDIC, or NEC) Proficient in MS Project, Asta Powerproject, or similar planning tools Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline Full clean driving licence with flexibility to travel Package: €125k-€135k Company Vehicle (EV options) Bonus Strong benefits package Excellent career progression If you are a Contracts Manager considering a career move, please feel to sendyour CV or contact Declan Hasson for a confidential discussion.
