Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civils, Dublin

My client is a leading Civil Engineering company who have a proven track record of delivering a variety of Civils projects across Ireland. Due to their ongoing success, they are seeking a quantity surveyor to join their team. Their current workload is exciting, and you will be involved at all stages of high value projects and as a member a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to develop and bring added value to your career and gain additional skills. Responsibilities: Production of monthly Value Cost Reconciliation and Forecasting reports. Preparation and agreement of monthly project Payment Claims. Preparation of Internal and External Project Cashflow information. Change Control including change identification and negotiation. Identifying and quantifying the effects of Delay and Disruption on projects. Monitoring all ongoing commercial aspects during the course of the project. Liaising with Clients and Client Representatives. Administering the provisions of the Contract in respect to notifications.
