Finishing Foreman, Dublin

We are seeking an experiencedFinishing Foreman to join our residential construction team in Dublin. You will oversee the final stages of high-quality housing and apartment developments, ensuring all internal finishes meet the highest standards before handover. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing contractor with long-term project pipelines across the Greater Dublin Area. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all finishing trades on site, including carpentry, painting, tiling, and snagging teams. Ensure all works are completed to specification, on schedule, and to a high-quality standard. Manage daily site operations, labour resources, and subcontractors. Conduct regular quality checks and oversee snag list completion. Liaise closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and design teams to resolve issues promptly. Maintain strict adherence to health&safety and company compliance policies. Attend site meetings and provide progress updates. Coordinate material procurement and ensure efficient workflow sequencing. Requirements Minimum 35 years experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential projects. Strong background in finishing trades (carpentry preferred). Proven ability to manage multiple trades and deliver high-quality finishes. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and ownership of project outcomes.
