Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location: West Dublin Salary:€65,000 - €75,000 + package (DOE) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role A well-established contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its West Dublin team. With a strong pipeline of projects across Leinster, this role offers excellent project exposure and a clear pathto Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will take full commercial responsibility for projects, working closely with Project Managers and site teams to ensure cost control and successful delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage projects commercially from pre-construction to final account Procure and manage subcontract packages Prepare and agree subcontract documentation and payments Monitor design changes and assess cost impact Identify value engineering opportunities Submit and agree monthly valuations Produce cost reports, forecasts, and cost vs value analysis Support final account agreement Provide commercial support to project teams Build strong relationships with stakeholders Mentor junior QS staff as needed Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline 3+ years' experience with a main contractor or developer Strong subcontract and commercial management experience Good knowledge of construction contracts Strong communication and analytical skills Proficient in MS Office; Bluebeam, CostX, or Cubit beneficial Ability to work in a busy environment What's on Offer €65,000 - €75,000 + package (DOE) Strong pipeline of Dublin-based projects Clear progression to Senior QSOngoing training and development Opportunity for real project ownership Benefits: PackageTPBN1_IJ
