What you'll be doing

Drive new business growth (approx. 60%)

You'll be at the forefront of creating new opportunities and supporting business expansion by:

Proactively identifying and engaging potential customers through outbound outreach and lead generation activityBuilding and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospective clientsResearching companies and identifying key decision-makersScheduling meetings and creating sales opportunities for the wider sales teamSupporting marketing initiatives and social media activity to increase brand awarenessRunning and supporting targeted email campaignsAssisting with onboarding and implementation of new business opportunitiesManaging incoming enquiries and ensuring opportunities are directed effectively

Support and grow existing customer relationships

You will also help maintain and develop relationships with existing customers by:

Proactively engaging customers regarding contract renewals and business needsIdentifying opportunities for additional products and servicesManaging customer account changes and contract updatesPreparing customer quotes and supporting account administrationCoordinating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experienceSupporting reporting and performance tracking activitiesAssisting with customer queries and maintaining high service standards

What we're looking for

1–2 years' experience within lead generation, sales support, customer service, or business development (preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skillsConfident and professional telephone manner with strong relationship-building abilitiesExcellent listening, negotiation, and customer engagement skillsExperience using social media channels such as LinkedIn and other digital toolsStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude with a proactive and solutions-focused mindsetStrong team collaboration skillsGood IT skills including CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
