Business planning. Responsible for engagement scoping&project set up. Management of project team- preparation&presentation of the end client deliverable. Building&developing sustainable client relationships. Participation in business development activities. The Person: ACA qualified (or equivalent). Strong previous experience within a due diligence/corporate finance focused role. (min. 4 years) Good knowledge&understanding of the financial due diligence process. Experience of working on PE transactions Excellent communication&leadership skills.
