Finance Manager, Dublin South

Growing SME | Broad Ownership | Commercial&Hands-On Role This is a genuinely broad Finance Manager opportunity with a growing Irish business in South Dublin. The business is entering an exciting growth phase, with turnover increasing significantly and a strong focus on improving visibility, reporting and commercial decision-making. This is not a role where you sit at a distance from the business. You’ll work closely with leadership, get involved in how the business actually operates and play a key role in improving finance, reporting and management information as the company scales.The Opportunity

This role would suit someone who enjoys understanding how a business works and wants real ownership and visibility. You’ll inherit a functioning finance team and have the opportunity to improve processes, strengthen reporting and help leadership better understand the numbers behind business performance.Key Responsibilities

Ownership of month-end reporting and management information Improve management reporting and visibility for leadership Walk through and document finance processes and systems Identify opportunities to improve controls, reporting and efficiency Improve accruals, reporting quality and confidence in the numbersSupport budgeting, analysis and commercial decision-making Work closely with operational and leadership teams across the business Support audit and liaise with external advisors where required Supervise and support a small finance team About You

Practice trained or experience in a hands-on SME finance environment Curious, practical and commercially minded Strong Excel and analytical capability Comfortable improving processes and asking questions Low ego, collaborative and strong communicator Interested in getting closer to operations and decision-makingWhy Apply?
