Dublin. With a strong track record of successful project delivery across multiple sectors, this contractor is known for its collaborative culture, high standards of workmanship, and ability to deliver both complex and fast-paced projects. Due tocontinued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join the team. The Role This is a varied and dynamic role involving the management of projects across residential developments, educational facilities, and refurbishment schemes throughout Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations across multiple projecttypes Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and direct labour on site Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification Maintain high standards of health&safety and quality assurance Monitor programme progress and proactively resolve issues on site Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams Manage site logistics, materials, and labour requirements Conduct site meetings and maintain accurate site records and reporting Ensure strong communication and coordination throughout project delivery Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor Experience across residential, school, or refurbishment projects highly desirable Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site management, and H&S regulations Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme deadlines Relevant construction qualification or trade background advantageous If you're interested...
