Practice Executive International Law Firm The role We are looking to recruit an experienced Practice Executive to join our team in Ireland. The role is versatile and requires a proactive individual with a flexible approach, excellent attention to detail, an ability to build strong relationships and to remain calm under pressure. The individual will have previous experience in a similar administrative role, demonstrating their flexibility to manage an ever-changing working environment. What you'll do Diary Management&Travel Marketing&Business Development Client&Matter Management Duties Practice Administration/Management About you In line with our competency framework, the successful candidate will have: Previous experience working in in a secretarial or PA function within the legal sector is desirable. Experience of working across practice areas within the legal sector such as, commercial, litigation, corporate, employment etc. A 'can do' attitude, willingness to learn and expand knowledge and skills within the role, approachability, flexibility as to hours and the role itself, a practical/common sense approach. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with individuals at different levels of seniority in a matrix structure. Excellent phone manner - internally and externally coupled with an ability to communicate clearly and to listen effectively. First-class administrative skills, attention to detail and accuracy together with problem solving skills. A commitment to self-development and continuous self-learning. Proven ability to work effectively as a team player. Ability to stay calm in often demanding situations and work well under pressure.
