Cpl are working with a well-established Public organisation to recruit a Digital Marketing Officer for a contract role within a busy and collaborative marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a digital marketing professional with a strong focus on organic social media, content creation, and campaign delivery to join a fast-paced environment and work across high-profile brands.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver organic social media activity across multiple platformsPlan and execute integrated digital and content campaignsCreate engaging, high-quality content and storytelling frameworksDevelop and manage content calendars aligned to campaigns and key momentsWork closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaignsMonitor performance and use insights to optimise engagement and resultsSupport website and email content, ensuring alignment across digital channelsContribute to broader digital marketing strategy and campaign planning

About You

3–5+ years’ experience in digital marketing or social mediaStrong experience managing organic social media campaignsSkilled in content creation, copywriting, and storytellingExperience with campaign planning and performance analysisComfortable working across multiple platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, etc.)Strong stakeholder management and organisational skillsExperience with CMS tools, email platforms, or analytics is an advantage
