Requirements

Your Role

• The flexibility of roster, Full time, Part-time or Casual
• Every 6th Saturday off
• We are closed every Sunday
• Consistent rostering, completed 6 months in advance
• On the job training provided for all team members
• Generous commission structure giving you the opportunity to EARN every week. On average hairdressers receive around $150 extra per week up to $400 extra per week.

Training

• Our people are our priority, customised individual training plans are arranged for every team member
• Training all completed in Salon time during the day (no night time training)
• Cost of tickets paid for by Epic
• We attend Education at the Goldwell Academy, Kerastase Academy and also have our very own training academy at Ascot
• We are lucky enough to boast more Goldwell MasterColorists than any other Salon
