We have an exciting opportunity for a QHSSE Manager to join our team in Dublin.

In this role, you will lead and coordinate all aspects of Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (QHSSE) management across the organisation. You will ensure compliance with relevant legislation and ISO standards, while driving a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence across all projects and services.

Your Responsibilities

Lead and manage all QHSSE activities across the organisationEnsure compliance with relevant legislation, ISO standards, and company policiesPromote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindsetProvide expert advice and guidance to internal teams and external stakeholdersDevelop, implement, and maintain QHSSE policies, procedures, and systems

Key Activities

Quality

Maintain and develop the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001Lead internal and external audits, ensuring non-conformances are addressed and closed outDrive continuous improvement initiatives across projects, services, and processes

Health & Safety

Ensure compliance with Irish Health & Safety legislation and codes of practiceConduct risk assessments, site inspections, and incident investigationsProvide training and guidance on safe systems of work

Security

Oversee compliance with physical and information security requirementsSupport ISO 27001 implementation and adherenceConduct security risk assessments and liaise with Data Protection partners

Environment

Maintain compliance with ISO 14001 Environmental Management standardsDevelop and implement sustainability and environmental improvement initiativesMonitor and report on environmental performance

PSCS (Project Supervisor Construction Stage)

Undertake PSCS duties for Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII), Dublin City Council (DCC), and other client projectsMaintain TII-approved PSCS statusAdvise clients on the appointment of competent designers and contractorsManage statutory notifications to the HSACoordinate design, planning, and construction activities in line with H&S requirementsManage pre-construction information and ensure effective communication across stakeholdersReview construction phase plans and welfare arrangementsProduce and maintain Health & Safety files for completed projectsDevelop and maintain PSCS procedures, documentation, and standardsMonitor and respond to client feedback relating to PSCS activities,

Profile

Your Profile

Essential:

Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or related field (or equivalent)Strong knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation and ISO management systemsProven experience delivering PSCS responsibilities

Desirable:

NEBOSH certification and/or IOSH Chartered status (or working towards)Auditor certification (ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 / 27001)Experience in Information Security Management SystemsDesign experience within the construction sector,
