BAS Controls Specialist for Data Centers, Dublin

Description

Provide technical governance through design reviews, quality assurance, and best‑practice alignment across regions.

Partner closely with Microsoft engineering teams, Johnson Controls R&D, cybersecurity, and global delivery organizations.

Support complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of controls solutions.

What we look for

Required

Strong expertise in Building Automation System.

Solid background in HVAC controls engineering, BAS design, and sequences of operation.

Experience with data centers.

Clear communicator with strong documentation skills and the ability to collaborate across global, cross‑functional teams.

Preferred

Experience with Johnson Controls Metasys platforms (SNE/SNC, NAE/NCE, CCT, SCT, ADX/ADS).

Metasys engineering certifications (MSEA / MSEAS).

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience with Microsoft facilities, or mission‑critical environments.

Proven experience delivering innovative or first‑of‑kind building automation or controls solutions.

Exposure to APIs, system integrations, analytics, or smart building platforms.
