I'm looking for a patient tech person to install a new printer at home. I have the printer connected to Wi-Fi and want it set up on both my Windows laptop and my tablet. Please help with driver installation, testing print and scan functions, and configuring the printer for wireless printing. I also need guidance on basic troubleshooting steps and a quick overview of compatible apps and features. Ideally, the technician can come this week, work around 2 hours, and explain everything clearly so I can manage it on my own afterwards.
