Head of Operations, Dublin

Location: Dublin (Hybrid, 2 days in office) Salary: €85,000 €95,000 DOE, plus performance bonus and excellent benefits We're delighted to be working on a senior operations search for a well-established, purpose-driven organisation in Dublin, currently in a period of significant operational change. This is a role with real scope and visibility. Reporting directly to the COO, the successful candidate will act as the COO's primary operational partner across the business, leading a service function directly while working as a peer alongside other Heads of function to keep cross-functional work joined up. They will also lead operational delivery of a major systems implementation going live in 2026. The organisation uses Asana, Microsoft Teams, Guru and HubSpot, with automation and AI being actively built into how the business runs so the team can focus on higher-value work. We're looking for: 710 years' experience in operations, programme management or similar leadership roles Recent experience at Head of function or equivalent senior level Strong line management experience, including coaching and developing direct reports A track record of working across multiple functions at peer level Experience leading or delivering change initiatives, including post-implementation adoption Strong working fluency with a task management system at organisational level (Asana, Monday, ClickUp, Jira or similar) Comfort with numbers, systems and AI tools as part of day-to-day work On offer: €85k €95k DOE plus performance bonus Pension with 6% employer contribution Life insurance and income protection, fully covered Aviva Care for you and your immediate family Hybrid working, 2 days a week in the office 23 days' annual leave plus paid Christmas closure Experience in a regulated sector, professional body, membership organisation, education or financial services is desirable, as is exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Fonteva or HubSpot.
