About the Role

As Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns across the One Agency brand and our portfolio of high-profile clients.

You'll work closely with our recruitment team and have significant creative freedom to shape campaigns, introduce new ideas, and influence the direction of our marketing efforts.

Our in-house marketing team supports leading brands including:

• National Broadband Ireland (NBI)
• Virgin Media
• Bord Gáis Energy
• And a growing portfolio of national and international clients

This role offers the opportunity to work across recruitment marketing, employer branding, digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, and website development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple brands and campaigns
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, and digital advertising
• Manage and grow One Agency's online presence across all platforms
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise PPC performance to maximise ROI
• Manage website updates, improvements, and landing page creation
• Support website development projects and user experience improvements
• Develop employer branding campaigns for clients
• Create marketing reports and analyse campaign performance
• Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams to support recruitment and outsourcing campaigns
• Contribute innovative ideas to support the company's continued growth and expansion

About You

• Experience in a marketing role
• Experience managing successful PPC campaigns
• Strong website management and website-building experience
• Excellent understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and social media strategy
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills
• Experience using design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Highly organised with excellent project management skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Passionate about marketing, branding, and business growth
